The Queensland New Media Scholarship is a $25 000 biennial scholarship offered to an emerging Queensland-based artist to develop their art practice through further study, travel or a related program of professional development.
The Scholarship forms part of the National New Media Art Award 2012, which will showcase the work of leading Australian new media artists at the Gallery of Modern Art from 3 August to 4 November 2012. The Award winner will be announced on 2 August 2012 and the Scholarship recipient announced on 22 October 2012.
